Unity Financing Corporation challenges borrowers to find a better variable home loan rate

Unity Financing Corporation today slashed its Discount Variable home loan rate to just 4.39%, challenging prospective borrowers to find a better variable rate anywhere in Australia.

Unity Financing has cut its rates to just 4.39%, down from 4.69%, on its Discount Variable loan (for loans greater than $150,000 and with maximum loan-to-value ratio of 80%) and 4.69%, down from 4.99%, on its Standard Variable loan.

The reductions are effective from today (Monday, 24 November).

Those cuts are on top of Unity Financing’s current offer to waive application fees of up to $600 on Discount Variable and Standard Variable loans up until Christmas Day.

The new low rates will be in place for a limited period only and reflect Unity Financing’s determination to offer customers the best value possible.

“We’re more concerned about the best financial interests of our customers than about maximizing profit. We believe we offer the best overall package of rates, fees and services to borrowers.
